Trained as a clinician, Dr. Manchanda also holds an MPH and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, with additional education in data science. Prior to joining CARPL.ai, they conducted research on the evolving regulatory landscape for artificial intelligence in the United States, contributing to discussions on safe and responsible AI adoption in healthcare. Sarthi's professional interests span health equity, data-driven decision making, medical informatics, and advanced analytics. I have been appointed as a Consultant Breast Interventional Radiologist and AI Implementation Lead at HealthBay Clinic, Dubai having been in a similar role for the last 12 years at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. My latest appointment is to operationalise and augment the breast imaging department with AI. I have previously led hospital wide operationalisation to adopt and implement novel diagnostic AI software for improved patient outcomes in breast and lung cancer, working in conjunction with industry & academia, with a mission statement of providing patient-focused value-based healthcare. I have worked with different medical technology companies as an advisor which has given me insight into clinically and operationally evaluating products and determining value, as well as end to end operational implementation. To this end I have been appointed as National Chair of the AI Group at the British Institute of Radiology, to provide oversight of national AI Industry strategy in 2022, and most recently as an advisor to the Royal College of Radiologist AI Committee in 2023.

In 2009, he had one-year-fellowship in advanced MRI imaging in East Yorkshire, UK followed by 1-yearfellowship in 2010 in imaging informatics at MayoClinic in Rochester, Minnesota. USA. Cofounder of Body imaging fellowship training program in Saudi commission for health specialties in 2015. Cofounder member of society of artificial intelligence in health care in Saudi Arabia in 2022. He practices and teaches radiology and supervise researches of artificial intelligence applications in health care for radiology residents /fellow and computer science master students. He has published, developed and integrated healthcare solutions involving ( lesion detection, classification of malignant and benign lesions, Image and medical data sharing , radiomics and biomarker quantifications).

She earned her PhD in cancer prevention from Brigham Young University in the USA and was awarded a prestigious Fellowship in Molecular and Behavioral Cancer Prevention by the National Cancer Institute, USA in 2018. Her areas of expertise encompass cancer prevention, the integration of artificial intelligence in healthcare, and innovation in healthcare. Dr. Adhari has been honored with several awards: “TWAS-DFG-UNESCO” award. Germeny, 2025 "FursaTECH" Award, Oman, 2024: Recognized for her project on utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) in clinical scoring systems in radiology.
 "Women in Tech finalist, MENA" Award, 2024: Acknowledged for her contributions to technology in the Middle East and North Africa region.
 "King Hussein Cancer Award," Promising Research Category, 2024, Jordan: Awarded for her innovative research in cancer prevention.
 "Women in AI" Award, AI Show, 2023, Dubai, UAE: Recognized for her advancements in artificial intelligence applications in healthcare.
 International Brain Research Organization Award, France: Notably, she was the first Arab woman to receive this distinguished award.

Dr. Dina supports Healthcare leadership navigating the complex regulatory environment in healthcare industry, which requires ensuring compliance with privacy laws such as HIPAA and to overcome resistance to change from healthcare staff who may be reluctant to adopt new technologies. Additionally, integrating disparate systems and ensuring interoperability between various digital tools which can be a technically demanding task. Her background is a General pediatric specialist certified by Department of health Abu Dhabi, Dubai Health Authority and General Medical council UK. A Member of the Royal college of pediatric and child health- the UK and AHA (American heart association) PALS instructor. She achieved her medical bachelor degree of medicine and general surgery from Alexandria University Egypt The latest role, Dina held the position of Chief Medical Officer at Saudi German Hospital Dubai in 2024 after being recognized as Director of physician informatics at Mediclinic Middle East Group.

Dr. Yamout is a Professor of Neurology and director of the Neurology Institute at Harley Street Medical Center in Abu Dhabi. He graduated from medical school at AUB in 1984, received his training in neurology at the University of Cincinnati-Ohio in the USA, and followed by a fellowship at the Montreal Neurological Institute-McGill University in Canada. He received his American Board in Neurology and joined the faculty at the American University of Beirut in 1988. He is currently president of MENACTRIMS (Middle East North Africa Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis), member of the MSIF (Multiple Sclerosis International Federation) Scientific Advisory Board, The International Mc Donald Diagnostic Criteria Review Committee, The International Panel for Diagnosis of NMOSD, the medical advisory committee of the UAE National MS Society, The European Charcot Foundation Board, fellow of the American Academy of Neurology and recipient of the 2024 Abdul Hamid Shoman Award for Arab Researchers in the field of medicine. Dr. Yamout is one of the leading experts on multiple sclerosis in the Middle East with more than 100 publications in peer reviewed journals. In addition, he is currently the principal investigator on several ongoing international multiple sclerosis research trials. Dr. Yamout is currently Chief Editor of the MS newsletter “MS today”, and on the editorial board of “Multiple Sclerosis and Related Disorders” and “Pediatric Neurology”.

Dr. Jorge A. Soto is Professor of Radiology at Boston University School of Medicine and Chairman of the Department of Radiology, Boston Medical Center. Dr. Soto completed his medical training at the Instituto de Ciencias de la Salud in Medellin, Colombia, and then completed his residency training in Radiology at the same institution. He subsequently completed his fellowship training in abdominal imaging at Boston University School of Medicine. His primary interests are imaging of traumatic and non-traumatic abdominal emergencies and pancreatico-biliary imaging. Dr. Soto has more than 130 peer-reviewed journal articles, 65 review articles or book chapters, and is the editor of five books. Dr. Soto serves or has served in the editorial board of multiple journals, including Radiology. He was named Lifetime Honored Educator by the Radiological Society of North America and has received numerous additional awards and recognitions, including the Marshak Distinguished Lecturer Award of the Society of Abdominal Radiology. In 2018, he was named Honorary Member of the Sociedad Espanola de Radiologia e Imagenes (SERAM) and in 2022 received the Gold Medal of the InterAmerican College of Radiology. He is Past President of the New England Roentgen Ray Society and the American Society of Emergency Radiology. He recently served as Chair of the International Outreach Committee of the American Roentgen Ray Society. He also served as Chair of the Annual Program Planning Committee for the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) and is currently a member of the Board of the Directors of the RSNA. He is a Fellow of the Society of Abdominal Radiology and the American Society of Emergency Radiology. He has been a Visiting Professor and invited speaker at numerous institutions and countries throughout the world.

Dr. Soto has more than 130 peer-reviewed journal articles, 65 review articles or book chapters, and is the editor of five books. Dr. Soto serves or has served in the editorial board of multiple journals, including Radiology. He was named Lifetime Honored Educator by the Radiological Society of North America and has received numerous additional awards and recognitions, including the Marshak Distinguished Lecturer Award of the Society of Abdominal Radiology. In 2018, he was named Honorary Member of the Sociedad Espanola de Radiologia e Imagenes (SERAM) and in 2022 received the Gold Medal of the InterAmerican College of Radiology. He is Past President of the New England Roentgen Ray Society and the American Society of Emergency Radiology. He recently served as Chair of the International Outreach Committee of the American Roentgen Ray Society. He also served as Chair of the Annual Program Planning Committee for the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) and is currently a member of the Board of the Directors of the RSNA. He is a Fellow of the Society of Abdominal Radiology and the American Society of Emergency Radiology. He has been a Visiting Professor and invited speaker at numerous institutions and countries throughout the world.

I have been appointed as a Consultant Breast Interventional Radiologist and AI Implementation Lead at HealthBay Clinic, Dubai having been in a similar role for the last 12 years at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. My latest appointment is to operationalise and augment the breast imaging department with AI. I have previously led hospital wide operationalisation to adopt and implement novel diagnostic AI software for improved patient outcomes in breast and lung cancer, working in conjunction with industry & academia, with a mission statement of providing patient-focused value-based healthcare. I have worked with different medical technology companies as an advisor which has given me insight into clinically and operationally evaluating products and determining value, as well as end to end operational implementation. To this end I have been appointed as National Chair of the AI Group at the British Institute of Radiology, to provide oversight of national AI Industry strategy in 2022, and most recently as an advisor to the Royal College of Radiologist AI Committee in 2023.

" Dr. Esat Memisoglu is a Consultant Radiologist and Program Director of Radiology Residency at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Dr. Memisoglu received his medical degree from Istanbul University. After his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the New York Methodist Hospital, he went on to complete clinical fellowships in Body Imaging at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and Neuroradiology at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. He then served as Assistant Professor of Radiology at St. Louis University Hospital in Missouri. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Memisoglu was in private practice covering multiple hospitals in Illinois-USA. Cardiovascular and Bone & Joint Imaging are his additional areas of expertise. He has authored multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals. His current research interest involves advanced imaging of the axial skeleton in spondyloarthropathy. Dr. Memisoglu is certified by the American Board of Radiology since 1996."
