Dr. Tarek Hegazi is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in Dammam. He is a board-certified Diagnostic radiologist and finished subspecialty fellowship training in Musculoskeletal imaging and intervention as well as is in advanced Body MRI. He is currently the Program Director of the Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University Radiology Residency Program. He is very involved in the development of all facets of Musculoskeletal imaging at the university hospital including complex Musculoskeletal interventions and Musculoskeletal ultrasound.

Helen is a Society of Radiographers (SoR) accredited Consultant Radiographer in MRI at the University Hospitals of Leicester. She completed a MSc in MRI reporting in 2014 and reports MRI brains and spines. Helen is chair of the SoR MRI Advisory Group, sits on the British Association of MRI Radiographers (BAMRR) policy board and is a Technical Assessor for the UK Accreditation Service (UKAS). She lectures on several post graduate and undergraduate courses for radiographers and physiotherapists, has presented at national and international forums and has been Principal Investigator for several local and national research studies.

Ezequiel “Zeke” Silva III, MD, FACR, FSIR, FRBMA, RCC, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He completed medical school and residency at Baylor College of Medicine before completing a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Silva is Chair of the AMA/Specialty Society RVS Update Committee (RUC) and immediate past Co-Chair of the AMA Digital Medicine Payment Advisory Group (DMPAG). He is also a member of the Texas Medical Association (TMA) Delegation to the American Medical Association and is on the TMA Council on Legislation. He is the immediate past-chair of the American College of Radiology (ACR) Commission on Economics and is a founding board member of the Neiman Health Policy Institute. Dr. Silva serves on the editorial board of the Journal of the American College of Radiology. He previously served as the chairman of economics for the Society of Interventional Radiology and editor of the Interventional Radiology Coding Guide. He served on the board of the Radiology Coding Certification Board for five years and is a Past President of the Texas Radiological Society. Dr. Silva has approximately 70 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, more than 50 non-peer reviewed publications and over 50 CME approved scientific lectures and exhibits, to his credit. His academic achievements are largely focused on payment policy and quality initiatives across health care. More recently, Dr. Silva has also been a leader during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on digital health applications, including telemedicine, digital therapeutics and augmented intelligence. He was an invited presenter to the CMS and White House COVID-19 Task Force. “Lessons from the Front Lines: COVID-19” and also served as webinar faculty for the AMA "Coding for Telemedicine and COVID-19” attended by several thousand interested professionals. In San Antonio, Dr. Silva is a member of the board of directors for the South Texas Radiology Group and Diagnostic Imaging Management. He is the Medical Director of Radiology at the Methodist Texsan Hospital. He is an adjunct professor at the UT Health-San Antonio. Locally, Dr. Silva has been recognized among the “40 Under Forty: San Antonio’s Rising Stars” and is a multi-year recipient of San Antonio’s “Best Doctors” as chosen by his peers across the medical community. In 2021, he was recognized as a “Health Care Hero” by the San Antonio Business Journal for his efforts during the COVID-19 public health emergency.

Sonyia qualified as a Diagnostic Radiographer in 1994. She completed her MSc in 2000 investigating radiation exposure in interventional cardiology and was appointed as a Lecturer in Diagnostic Imaging in the University of Ulster, Belfast in 2001. She was awarded her PhD in 2010 for her study on radiation dose optimisation in paediatric interventional cardiology and the ISRRT Dosewise International Radiographer of the Year 2014. She is currently a Senior Lecturer in Diagnostic Radiography at Ulster University and the lead researcher for healthcare practice and education in the Research Centre. Sonyia has several areas of ongoing research, publishes widely and supervises and assess PhD students internationally. This culminated in being awarded the Fellowship of the College of Radiographers in 2016 and the highest honour of a Gold Medal Award from the College of Radiographers in 2021, reflecting her service to the profession. Currently Sonyia is Principal Investigator on the ERASMUS+ funded SAFEEUROPE project liaising with the European Commission, coordinating and managing activities within the consortium.

Philippe gerson qualified as a radiographer in 1981 at the hospital Hotel Dieu ,.he became Chief Radiographer in 1990. he was the coordinator of all the paramedical staff ( radiographers , nurses ...)of his hospital until 2019 . Then from 2019 to 2021 he was chief of 3 radiology department in 2 hospitals ( one pediatric and adult at Necker hospital and one of the Hotel Dieu Hospital ) and now retired since February 2021 but still involved for his profession. he has been very involved in Africa and Asia organizing several workshops and conferences . He has been appointed by the French Red Cross as an expert to set up Radiology Departments in Health Day Care Centres for AIDS in Africa Since the last ISRRT world congress ( Trinitad ) he has been nominated as ISRRT treasurer . Philippe gerson is vice president of the French Society of Radiographers (AFPPE)
