It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you all to the 6^th edition of the Annual Radiology Meeting in UAE – ARM, the premier radiology event in the Middle East.

Following the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the world has changed significantly imposing unprecedent heavy load on the medical sector and the radiology field is not afar. Highly qualified radiographers and radiologists were much needed and played pivot role in helping doctors and physicians in determining the severity of the medical condition of the Covid 19 patients in every hospital around the world. This is where holding events such as ARM comes in handy to keep all the radiographers and radiologists as well as all the concerned in the radiology field up-to-date with the latest advancements and technologies happening in this key sector.

The 2021 Annual Radiology Meeting in UAE will feature a highly rich scientific agenda tackling every aspect in Radiology such as Pediatric Imaging, Emergency Radiology, Mammography, Cardiac Imaging, Neuroradiology, etc, discussed by a number of well-renowned doctors and professors who are committed to educating their fellow radiologists and radiographers on the best practices as well as addressing core issues faced by medical professionals in the field of Radiology.

On the sideline of the conference, ARM features a unique exhibition with over 30 brands who are coming from all over the world to showcase the latest technologies and products and exchange knowledge and updates on the latest in the industry.

Welcome to the 6^th edition of the Annual Radiology Meeting in UAE (ARM). This year, we will continue our efforts of having dedicated programs that are related to the practice in the UAE. The topic this year as usual will be covered by pioneers in radiology from highly recognized centers as well bright speakers from UAE.

In this year, the world is recovering from the pandemic and our specialty had an important role in fighting the disease and the detection of the complications, sometimes before the clinical picture became clear, which resulted in saving a lot of lives. We are honored with our first line of radiographers, interventional radiologists, sonographers, and sonologists who were in daily contact with COVID-19 patients, and if this conference should be dedicated for anyone then it should be for them.

On behalf of the Radiographers Society of the Emirates, it is my pleasure to invite all of you to attend the 6th Annual Radiology Meeting in UAE.

Our goal is to bring together the Radiology community from all over the world to present and exchange break-through ideas related to Radiology, focusing on the recent outstanding achievements and Artificial Intelligence in the field of Radiology, and future trends and needs.

This conference will be dedicated to cover topics related to advanced application in radiology in addition to advances in ultrasound scan related to obstetrics and gynecology. I am sure that each one of you will identify subjects of his/her interest and will benefit from many fruitful discussions. I am particularly happy to be present in this unique event and to exchange views and share experiences with other colleagues and friends.
